This is draft information for our proposed film-production service and digital delivery. Final terms, business contact details and a cancellation method will be provided before orders open.

We do not propose to offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after your statutory cancellation rights have ended or have validly been lost. This does not limit any remedy you have by law.

Before work starts

Online service and digital-content contracts generally have a 14-day cancellation period from the day after the contract is made. Personalisation alone does not justify treating a digitally supplied film as exempt personalised physical goods.

If you ask us to start production early

For the production-service element, we would ask for an express request before starting during that period. If you cancel before completion, a proportionate charge may apply for services already provided, provided the required information and request were obtained. Your service cancellation right ends on full performance only if you requested early performance and acknowledged that consequence.

If you want the video supplied early

For digital content supplied during that period, we would obtain separate express consent and acknowledgement that the digital-content cancellation right is lost when supply begins. We must confirm these choices in the contract confirmation you can keep.

If you prefer to wait

Leave the relevant early-start box unticked. That activity would wait until the cancellation period ends, unless you later give valid consent. We would agree a delivery date that reflects your choice.

If something is wrong

You retain statutory rights where the content is faulty or not as described, or production services are not performed with reasonable care and skill. Depending on the issue, legal remedies may include repair, replacement, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund. Approving a draft or ticking a box does not remove these rights.

How cancellation would work

The real checkout and order confirmation must give you Axiom’s contact details, cancellation instructions and the applicable cancellation form. No special wording should be needed to make a clear cancellation request. This preview has no orders to cancel.
